On Sunday 26 April, four incredible supporters; Harry, Johnnie and Archie Parker, and Danny Phillips, will be taking on the TCS London Marathon 2026 in loving memory of their father, Nick Parker, and Peter “Jock” Hutchinson, and proudly running in support of Lawrence Nurses.
Both Nick and Jock were cared for by the Lawrence Nurses team, and this challenge is a deeply personal way for their families to give back and help ensure other families receive the same compassionate and dedicated care at home. Danny is also the son of Jane Phillips MBE, who founded Lawrence Nurses alongside Dr Martin Lawrence, but who sadly died of cancer in 2011 and was cared for by the very team she helped to establish.
