Lawrence Nurses provides people with free, hospice care in their home.
We also offer support to their families and loved ones.

Local GP Dr. Martin Lawrence’s dying wish was that patients in his practice should be able to die at home; his wish was made a reality through the work of District Nurse Jane Phillips MBE. The charity was founded in 1999 and celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. The service has grown and now provides hospice at home care covering 5 GP surgeries in Oxfordshire. Based in Chipping Norton a team of 18 registered nurses work in partnership with the patient, their family, carers and the Community Nursing Service.
